Reach School Suggestions? Good ACT Low GPA

I have been shopping around for colleges as we all have and was wondering what some good reach schools are that I should put on my list. My credentials are listed below, and obviously my gpa freshman and sophomore year is more suspect. I am more interested in small liberal arts schools or schools with less than 10,000 students. Thanks for the help!

Hispanic and Mexican, Caucasian Male, attending top ranked public school, senior year 6 AP's

GPA: 3.0 UW/ 3.6 W
ACT: 33 Composite w/ 10 Writing
School Doesn't Rank
Year Progression: Freshman (3.4 W), Sophomore (3.32 W), Junior (4.2 W/ 3.8 UW)
Obviously, I had a ridiculous turnaround from mostly Bs and C's to almost straight A's in all honors.
All honors and AP classes since Freshman Year.
Hockey For 4 Years, Varsity for 2
Numerous Community Service w/ Food Drives
Part time work all summer
A handful of scholastic awards from national language exams, hockey leagues

Probably missing some things, but that's the general idea. Let me know please!

where ya from? is money an issue?

Well I’m in Illinois. No, I will be loaning, using FAFSA, and maybe Army ROTC. I would like feedback as if money was no object, nor is location.

Colby college, Wheaton, Williams, babson, Pepperdine, bowdoin, Merrimack, union, along these lines would be solid reaches. Bowdoin is close to impossible with these scores but might as well try.
