Reach schools - do I bother?

I am a senior and applying to colleges. I have a 2.8 GPA and a 1600 on my SAT (pretty bad, I know) I took 2 AP's sophmore year, 2 my junior year and im currently taking 4 my senior year. I have done interesting community service, I am on mock trail (3 years), in JSA (2 years), I play piano, I have played varsity soccer since I was a freshman and my team outside of school is really good (have won national championships), and a couple other things. I live in Seattle and am catholic and went to catholic middle school. Oh I also have ADD and have gone through highschool with no accomidations (my counsler told me that was good). My senior grades are and will remain straight A's... does that help?

WITH THAT SAID - im applying to some schools that I think I have a .005% chance of getting into, but if anyone has any advice or info on applying to these schools or how likely you think it is that they will even read my application I would APPRECIATE IT A LOT THANKYOU!

U Oregon - early action
U Montana - regular
Syracuse - early decision
Purdue - early decison (deciding between this and syracuse, and thoughts?)
Boulder CO - regular
Michigan State - early action
U Georgia - early action
Marquette (insane amounts of legacy) - early action
Western WA - regular
Texas A&M - early action (dont know much about this school)
Arizona - regular

So basically im wondering should I add more fallback schools? Do I have any chances?

What is your weighted GPA? How much can your family easily afford for college?

I think my weighted GPA is a 3.4, and my family can afford college but when my parents ask and its over 35,000 they get a little iffy. For the most part though.
