reaches/matches/safeties?

I'm applying to EA to Stanford (unfortunately my gpa/sat scores are kinda low)... But I was wondering if there were any other schools that would be good reaches/matches/safeties for me.

Interests:
International relations, and pretty much anything thats NOT math/science (I'm a weird asian as my strengths lie in the humanities..)

Stats:
-public high school, very well ranked
-no ranking, but top 5% in a class of 450+
-Academic unweighted GPA: 3.8something
-Academic weighted GPA: 4.5
-12th grade courses:
AP Calc AB
AP env science
AP language
AP spanish
Physics H
AP US history

SAT scores (not retaking): reading- 800, math- 690, writing- 740
SATII- Bio E- 710... should i retake that? am planning on taking Math IIC in october and literature
AP- Biology 5 MEH 5

HOOK: Viola for 10+ years,
playing at juilliard pre-college,
in many orchestras in the state including all state and regions
attened international music festival in Italy for a few months (1 of 4 violists in the country who were invited to attend),
gov school finalist (going to send in a recording)

Older brother went to Stanford..and from what he says...Stanford loves siblings! But who really knows?

other EC:

President of debate club
VP of cancer awareness club
Teen Leader for American Cancer Society (400+ hours)
volunteer at local nursing home (over 200 hours?)
girls' tennis team for 3 years (on and off season teams)

work experience: nursing assistant at a nursing home
research on women's cancers for Stanford Medical School

essays/recs: assume great

if you really express your passion and dedication to viola...it might work. otherwise, your sat I is decent, sat II is a tad low, ECs are meh.

maybe try williams? they dig the music humanities kind of stuff.

any way to work on my ECs at this point? or nah?

Is there any part of the country you don't want to attend school in?

i'd make an exception for stanford, duke and emory. but other than those schools, it's the northeast for me!
