<p>wow people are so nice on these forums. theyre willing to take time out of their own lives in order to help others. i hope somone on this site wud help me with my essays next year when i apply to princeton. also i was wondering how much impact does the counselor recomendaton have on admitance?</p>

<p>and cb78, i'm sure people will help you next year, i edited/ commented on like 5 people's essays and it did take time, but i was happy to do it.</p>
<p>counselor rec i think is mainly used to compare you to the others in your school and make sure you challenged yourself, but not sure b/c in my school counselors are assigned lots of students each; it helps if they know you pretty well, i'm sure.</p>
<p>i wish i cud get into princeton. if i pull off a 96-97 average with a.p bio, a.p micro, a.p english comp, a.p calc ab, linear algebra, computer technology, senior intel projects, spanish at a local college along with holding a position in pre-med club as well as being a part of key club and robotics as well as having a job/internship at a dentist's office do my chances of getting into princeton increase significantly?</p>

<p>Collegebond78 your counselor recommendation is important, but colleges understand that at some high schools especially large public schools, the counselor may not know the applicant well. What is important is that the counselor indicate that you have takem the most rigorous curriculum that your school offers. What is more important than the guidance counselor recommendation is the teacher recommendations. How you convey what you have done in your application is also very important especially how you write up your extra curricular activitiy sheet, as are your essays.</p>
<p>any more advice on what i shud to do to get into princeton? and more feedback on my chances. and wud having that average ith all thouse activities significantly help? and will colleges view my 4.08 gpa or my 92 average.</p>
