<p>Hi everyone...</p>

<p>I honestly can't really say anything here that would compel you to read/critique/destroy my Common App essay over the plethora of others...but would you be kind enough to do so anyway? :)</p>

<p>This will just be a first draft, with a vague-ish topic, and is undoubtedly "cryptic and poorly constructed" (my counselor, verbatim) but I would truly appreciate some constructive criticism.</p>

<p>My essay makes me sound like a humorless, self-important, pseudo-intellectual pig, which I certainly hope I'm not. On the other hand, I don't want it to be cheesy. In other words, HELP?!</p>

<p>I'm requesting only non-09'ers only, please. I would give you brownies, except that I have no way of telepathically devilering those. So I'm offering e-hugs instead, and my eternal gratitude.</p>
