Read This And Ull Get Accepted!

..jk but i need help!
i'm applying to many colleges (ivys and others) and I have been filling out their online applications..just because i hate common app. anyway. there are paper forms for the councelor to fill out..i go to a big school (4000 ppl)....does she have to fill out each one of them?? or can she just write a letter of rec instead (for some colleges it says the councelor can do that but others it doesnt specify) opinions everybody!!!!! thnx a lott

ask your counselor to fill up the forms given, but she may attach another paper if she so wish.

NO! You will not get my opinion. I was so enticed by the thread name and then....huge let down.....

Also, I have no idea (answer for your question).

My school has its own form that's used as the cover sheet for recommendation letters (both teacher and counselor). Most colleges accept this in lieiu (spelling probably wrong) of their own forms, but there are some exceptions. Ask at your guidance office; they'll probably have a decent answer.

First off, sr6622 is right. no opinion for you! I was hoping you had finally found a good safety school for me. Ehh... I guess I'll just have to do it myself.

LadyinRed its lieu, you were pretty close though.

And I guess I'll answer... Many colleges (Pomona for a fact) says an application won't be complete without their specific form. So suck it up. I go to a large school also, and I just organized everything for my counselor (as well as my teachers), to make it as painless as possible. He/she will be extremely grateful for it, and you'll stand out from the many other students the counselor will be writing rec's for, so that's a plus as well.

haha..thanks. I had that at first and then changed it. I was far too lazy to look it up.

Yeah..Pomona is one of the schools that won't accept any other form, but I don't think it's representative of most colleges.

YES! I've been accepted!

Wait, what... Bob Jones University...?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH PavelB man... that's pretty funny....

Anywho, I think admissions prefer their actual form, as it usually asks the questions the school is interested. I certainly would want to submit whatever the college wishes most that I would have. LadyinRed you might be right, but I'm not taking any chances, and neither should the OP.
