So what novels do you guys think will be conducive for learning gre vocab.

Unfortunately many of the words are just not in common use anymore. Many of the words that I studied for the GRE were not anything I had ever come across even though I am a voracious reader. I would suggest picking up a word list and just studying it, rather than picking up novels where you might only come across one or two GRE words. If you have the time start learning common Latin and Greek roots, so even if you don’t know the word you might be able to reason it out.

“The History of Tome Jones, a Founding” By H. Fieliding.

Any more opinions?
