I'm not a good reader, i got a 23 on that section on the last one. How do I get it up? I practice, but I don't read well, is there another way?

Although not very in-depth, I did post some of my strategies and suggestions:

(Reading was my best section with a 36.)

If reading in general isn’t something you’re stellar at, there’s only one way to improve: read, read, read. Read everything around you; if you’re sitting down bored, read whatever’s around you – a magazine, a newspaper article, a book, etc. Immerse yourself in reading material and you’ll improve.

GAH! I too fail at reading!!
I’m wondering if all there is to reading is… just reading the prompt thoroughly?

Pretty much, that’s all there is to it. The answer to every question is right in the passage. You don’t even need to read slowly and precisely. Read at a quick swift pace and spend more of your time pinpointing the exact correct answer by matching the choices with what’s actually in the text.
