I’m taking my first attempt SAT in November. it’s just really hard for me to cool myself down and concentrate on reading passages, answer some questions that are not straightforward. I need help with reading, like A LOT. Anyone interested in helping me out, I could provide you with math tutoring if you need.
All the questions are straightforward, and if you think they’re not, your vocabulary is probably too weak.

This may sound like something not pertaining to your question, but first off, where do you study? Your room? Starbucks? The kitchen table? Is it a quiet setting with no disturbances? Make sure the place you study is quiet enough so that you can hear your own thoughts.
And I agree with @marvin100 that the SAT makers make straightforward questions.
Maybe you should be a little more specific with what you need help with in the reading section. Is it the time? Certain types of questions? Just simply need a place where you can concentrate? Let us know, CC is happy to help
