What has changed now that will enable you to complete your coursework? If you plan to work during the academic semester What will impact your schedule on your ability to enroll in the courses that you need to graduate?)
Would to you recommend that I write it in an essay format or just question answer format?
I would just be honest. Answer the questions with the real answer. If it asks for an essay, write an essay.
