@BrownParent: The transfer advisor said apply, but that I can always stay if I’m not accepted and get an AST in Physics. However, if I do get accepted, I’m still unsure whether I should go ahead and accept or stay in hopes of getting more experience. My CCC GPA is 3.6, and will be 3.7 at the end of the semester, but combined with the 1.4 from the out of state, my transferable is 2.31. The transfer advisor wasn’t familiar with how to handle my out of state credits, so I found an advisor who is, but she wasn’t clear as to whether the credits that won’t transfer from the out of state to here will affect my GPA, since I can only use a few of the classes towards graduation.
