<p>So my boyfriend is looking into transferring from a Canadian school (University of Toronto) to a school in the States. His GPA is quite low. I don't want him to transfer...but that's a different issue. Are there any schools that would take him with a GPA below 3.0 and less than 60 completed credits? What are the schools with low minimum requirements that would accept him?</p>
<p>Why does he want to transfer? U-Toronto is a very very good school.</p>
<p>If he can pay, 75% of US schools will accept him. Just look at 2nd and 3rd tier schools.</p>
<p>i am sure U.S. schools will understand. Canadian schools are really into deflating grades. i know because i went to one. if he can somehow get his gpa up to even a 3.3 i would say he has a decent shot at the 50-100 (USnews ranked) schools.</p>
