Realistic goal for this next SAT?

God, I want 2300+, I really hope I do it.

4 per section is 12 missed which translates to a raw score of 52, which then translates to a scaled score of ~640, a bit of a ways off from 700 :\, on a VERY VERY VERY VERY lucky day it could be as high as 680.

tennisfreak23 sounds like a korean.

I just took pretest and got 2170, which is a 290 point increase from my 1880 i got a year and a half ago, but I studied for 2-3 hours everyday for 2 months.

i missed 8 on the october SAT in CR and got a 700.

Hey mechrocket......

I'll take that 2160 !!

How much you selling it for???

Lol.... thats my goal

1260/2000?

Here's how it went for me:

CR 740 -> 740
M 640 -> 770
W 630 -> 710
ie 2010 -> 2220

I studied quite a bit for the M portion, but hardly at all for CR and W. I don't think its possible to predict whether a particular score change is "realistic" or not; large changes happen, if that's what you mean, but then again, plenty of people retake without seeing their scores increase dramatically.

Think I'll "see" it?

What would be a realistic score increase for me?
222 PSAT
1980 SAT (first time)
640 CR
680 Math
660 Writing
[I won't say my second time because it was prepped and what not...I'd like to see a good score predictor, I will say I got an 800 Math though, so don't count on math]

I've been getting between 670-730 CR now, between 680-720 Math, and between 660-710 Writing.

^ wow...I was hoping that the DEC SAT group would consist of mostly last minute junior college contenders...I think my bubble was just popped...more like squashed >_< ...i 'm kinda scared now....feel kinda screwed too...lol....nonetheless, I wish you all the best of luck. :)
