Realistic opinion?

Hi everyone,
Thanks a lot for your time I want to keep this short and simple. I am seeking to transfer to a top tier university with mediocre high school grades.

Above avg NY HS:
GPA: 89/100 (3.5)
SAT: 2130 (M:800 W:740 R:590)
Sat II: Math 2: 760
(Best college I got into was Lehigh, no clue how :( )
Didn't try at all in hs...what I got came naturally

Top 70 ranked state school
College: 4.0 first semester 6 business classes (3 cr/each, 18 credits)
Next semester: difficult 18 credit course load (def getting 4.0)

Resume: stellar. Won national awards, created 2 successful businesses, internships

Ethnicity: Chinese

Do I stand a chance at: Columbia, Penn, Cornell, Brown, Uchicago, NYU Stern, Georgetown

Thanks sooooo much!!!!! I really need a second opinion to bother applying. Please be honest.

My realistic opinion is that you have a realistic shot at a few of those. Ivies could be a reach, but I could see you getting into at least one or two of them, as well as 2/3 between G’town, NYU Stern, and UChi. Good luck!

Since you’re a fr, you only have 1 completed sem of college work and a midterm report, so your HS record will be weighted more heavily. I honestly have a hard time seeing a leap from Lehigh to any of those in 1 year. Also, your CR is going to hurt as a soph transfer.
