Realistic?

I suppose this is a form of a chances post, but basically here is my situation:
My dream school was WashU and I was deferred and then rejected, and just today I was rejected from Notre Dame.

I'm just wondering if Tufts could still be a reality having realized that the other two schools are not. Just so you have some sense of where I'm at, my ACT was 31, SAT was 2110, 4.0 UW GPA, class rank is 1/432, I will have finished 7 AP courses this year, and I have really good extracurriculars.

I think you have a decent shot. SAT and ACT is a little low but GPA is good. Don’t know what your ECs are like and how your essays were so hard to tell. My son was in your situation last year. He was deferred and then rejected from Yale and then ultimately accepted to Tufts. He loves it and its a perfect fit for him. It is true what they say. You end up where you supposed to.

You’re going to find out within the next few weeks so try not to think about it. Nothing we say can change the decisions you’ll be getting soon so just try to relax, let it happen, and i’m sure you’ll get into some great schools. theres a place for everyone

SAT Critical Reading: 680 / 740
SAT Math: 680 / 760
SAT Writing: 680 / 760

Your scores fall in range, so you don’t need to worry too much about that. Your GPA is fantastic (assuming it’s 4.0 out of 4.0)

Don’t worry too much, you have a good chance.
