Realistic?????????

Is it realistic for me to shoot for top 20 universities with an ACT score of 27? I mean, everything else on my application is good but my ACT score is kinda low. What do you guys think?

Being "good" will get you into a good school, but in all likelihood not a top 20. Unless you meant "great" or "stellar" and just weren't thinking and wrote "good," I'd say chances are slim. You really have given no information other than your ACT score though, "good" is really a meaningless word. If you're the very top of your class, have taken the hardest possible schedule allowable at your school, and have several leadership positions and awards, then sure you can. But that's all much better than "good."

One can shoot for any college, but a 27 ACT score is very low for top 20 colleges even if one has the kind of things that are listed in the quote above. Now, if one were a recruited athlete with that score, then one would have a better chance, but still would not be a shoo-in.

Excessive use of interrogation marks do not induce people to repond more.
Since your username suggests involvement in wrestling, maybe you should focus on that.
