Realistically, what are my chances?

Hi, I'm a 1st gen hispanic from Tennessee and was wondering about my chances at these colleges:
-University of Tennessee Knoxville
-University of North Carolina
-University of Virginia
-University of Southern California
-Boston College
-Tufts University
-Carnegie Mellon University

ACT-30
AP classes-junior year: APLAC (4); senior year: AP Bio and AP lit (my school offers about 7 AP classes)
GPA-3.73 UW (my school does not do weighted GPAs)
Class Rank-81/452

Extracurricular Activities:
-3 years of Key Club (2 yrs being a chairman/officer)
-3 years of Spanish Club (1 yr of being historian)
-2 years of French Club
-National Honors Society
-Model UN
-Ventures Scholar

My Senior Class Schedule:
AP Bio
AP Lit
Physics honors
Psychology Honors
Art 2
French 3 Honors
Pre-Cal Honors

I just don't know if my choice of colleges to apply to are within my reach.

Tennessee: In.
UNC Chapel Hill: You could have some trouble here.
UVA: Ditto above-- you’re on the cusp and you’ve got an excellent overall app, but the GPA might be a tad low for the school.
BC: Up in the air, but I’ve known lesser students to get in.
Tufts: Probably your second-best chance, depending on your major.
Carnegie Mellon: Low-to-mid reach. CMU is tough for anyone to get in, but you’re certainly in the running.

I’d look into at least one more good safety school. What do you want to study?
(Also, do me a favor and chance back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1221058-chance-theater-major-non-audition-schools.html</a>)
