No one can help you with notre dame's admission (except the counselors there). Notre Dame's admissions is extremely competitive, not to mention that their admissions is solely based on the curriculum you took. They require that you take 2 math courses from finite math, statistics, and calculus and 2 science courses. For more information, check their website. As i previously mentioned, admissions to notre dame as a transfer is strictly based on curriculum; even if you take the two required math courses, chances are that statistics wont transfer, depending on the teacher's syllabus. I remember reading something like UCLA's stats course didnt transfer to Notre Dame somewhere. Also, i was told that only 50% of the math courses transfer; if they happen to not transfer, then it'll count against you in the requirements.

your SAT score is not great, have you gotten your nominations to the military academies yet?

At any of the state schools you listed i think you're set.

Eagle Scout and ROTC will especially help you at the service academies, also you sound athletic, you sound to me like a good candidate to either navy or air force.
