Reality Check...?

I am currently a Junior in a public school in New Jersey. I have always been told that I HAVE to go into a prestigious college (welcome to Asian parenting), but I do not think I have a good shot at any. Can anyone give me a reality check?

My stats:
SAT I : 2220
SAT breakdown: M= 790 , CR= 690 W= 740
ACT: 27 (Freshmen year, might retake)
No SAT II yet.
Unweighted GPA: 3.75 (?) not very sure yet. Without Sophomore year easily 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.0 (without Sophomore year, 4.0+)
Rank: School doesn't rank
AP: Taking Chemistry, English Composition, and Macroeconomics this year. English Literature, Microeconomics, Government, AP Psychology, and Calculus (depending on my Pre-calc grade) next year. I have been involved in a Gifted Program, which has a AP weight in my school.
Major Awards (USAMO, Intel, NMSF etc.): Some awards for Model UN, Keynote speaker at the 62nd Korean War Memorial Luncheon.
Academic Extracurriculars: Model UN, Debate, Student Council, Freshmen Mentoring club, started the intramural sports club, Initiative member for promoting girl's education, Interact club
Sports: School Mascot
Work: Not really work, but amateur translator for numerous Koreans.
Volunteer/Community service: 100+ hours at Virtua hospital (if I continue this pace until summer), I got a call from the Franklin Institute for an internship (still waiting for interview)
Summer Activities: Center for Talented Youth (unofficial Salutatorian if that matters)
Leadership: Freshmen Mentor, Co-President/Founder of the Intramural Sports Club, successfully led the first ever event for my Gifted class which is now an annual event.

Teacher Recommendation: 1 from my GT teacher/Model UN teacher (known me since day 1), other split between my Sophomore and Junior year English teachers (both love me and are excellent)
Counselor Rec: Public school, so most likely generic, but I have seen and talked to her since I took on a lot of summer courses.
I honestly believe I can write awesome essays.

Applying for financial aid
Intended Major: Political Science/International Relations. (eventually into Law) I also want to experiment with business and economics.
Hooks : First generation, immigrant, huge development from Sophomore to Junior year.

Sorry for such a long thread... Any help would be awesome

You’ll def get into Rutgers for sure, you have a good chance at NYU and UMCP. The others I don’t know about or are reaches for everyone.

Hopkins, penn, MIT, Columbia, and possibly NYU are slight reaches,(reaches for anyone.) but you should be able to get in to one or two. And all your other schools are matches, (Rutgers and Maryland are safeties.) Admission decisions are unpredictable but with your solid ECs and pretty good stats you shouldn’t be surprised if you get into some prestigious colleges.

Georgetown: Reach
Columbia: Reach
UPenn: Reach
Tufts: Reach
MIT: Reach
JHU: High match
NYU: Match
GWU: Match
Lehigh: Match
BC: Match
BU: Low match
U Rochester:
Rutgers: Safety
UMD: Safety
American: Low match/safety

Thank you all! I honestly didn’t think I’d have a shot at most colleges. Since I only took 3 years of Spanish and plan on using Korean as my second language, should I take the Korean SAT II to prove my proficiency along with a letter or something to prove that I am an amateur translator? Also, for Social Science major, is it ok to take Math I SAT II or should I take Math II?
