REALLLLLLY Important Question

I know I posted this in the Class of 08 ED thread, but I felt that it would be better answered if it had a thread of its own.

Suppose I want to apply to the Huntsman program ED, but if I don't get in, I don't want to be considered for Wharton in general ED, but I DO want to be considered for it RD. If I don't sign the ED Single-Degree Option on the Dual-Degree form of the application, can I do this?

For questions like this, you should really contact the admissions office directly for a definitive--and current--answer.

Bump.

I emailed the admissions office, and they're not getting back to me. Scowl

I would think that if you DID NOT sign the part where it says something like "sign here if you would like to be considered ED for huntsman and wharton if you don't get into huntsman" then you would be considered for HUNSTMAN ED and WHARTON RD.

so if you don't sign, you'll have huntsman ED & wharton RD.
But to be sure, I'd contact the admissions people

And this time, if possible, try calling.

Okay, I called, and the person who answered at first seemed utterly confused by what I was asking but then seemed to say it was okay, and I could do that.
