Hey guys, got a question for ya'll

I have four subject tests under my belt, but I wanted to take two more humanities--spanish and us history.

I don't know if I should. I got 700+ on all 4, but I don'tknow if it's enough? Im retaking my SAT in october and wish to take the SAT IIs November and December. Would it be wise to just leave it at 4 or study for more?

Thanks for the help.
If anyone needs help, PM me for anything

Umm, where are you applying? 6 is a bit much unless you want to impress HYP. I remember reading somewhere that one of Princeton's admission offices said that the "ideal" student scores 700+ on 5 subject tests. By ideal, he didn't mean average, but rather "perfect".

It depends on where you are applying but the more SAT subject tests you score above 700, the stronger your application. I also read that from Princeton Admission Director in one of college admission books.

i read your other thread where it said thatyour focus was writing. you DEFINITELY NEED to take literature ifyoure choosing between lit, spanish, and UShistoyr. i would say don't take spanish becauseit's the hardest anyway. it's not really going to make it as clear thatyou are interested in writing as if you take literature. even if you score 600+ on literature i think it would be good just to emphasize your passion. math/math/chem/world doesn'temphasize that as much
