<p>because they dont really care if you have the money to pay for it or not i believe. theyre just letting u know that you're going to be responsible for paying this much</p>
<p>if i go ahead and pay for the amount that they sent me in the email / have listed on bearfacts for all the fees due by aug. 15, and LATER they receive scholarship money, where does that money go?</p>
<p>well i called them and they said after i pay my registration fees, they will send any awards to my bank account or something.</p>
