I went to elementary school ~ high school in South Korea.
A big activity I did is developing a web service from scratch for my high school.
I wish to major in Computer Science.
I would be really grateful to any recommendations of where I should apply.
^^I agree, because as of now your GPA is very low so I would go to community college, so you can have a few more years to work on it. Computer science is math and science based so with low grades in math and a GPA like that, it will be difficult to be taken seriously by schools. Hope everything works out at the end for you.
Don’t calculate your GPA.
Your Korean GPA may have nothing to do with a 2.2 in the US.
For example, a 70% is excellent in France, pretty good in Italy, and really mediocre in the US. NUmbers have a cultural meaning.
Are you an American citizen? have you attended a US-style high school?
Yeah…I’m sorry to say but that low of a GPA the only thing you can do is what #1 and #2 are saying, attend a community college for a few years so you can raise your GPA higher to get into a decent college. Good luck! :-h
