Really Low GPA+Good SATs+Decent ECs+URM Status = CHANCE?!

I just wanted to know whether or not I had the slightest chance at the following colleges. I'm kind of up in the air on where I should apply to due to my Academic history. I maintained a steady B+ average in my AP/Honors Classes Freshman and Sophomore years, but Junior year I had a major drop in grades do to a variety of reasons. Anyways, I'm back on track and I've just received all As on my recent progress report. I'm very aware Junior Year is probably the most important year to colleges, and that my grades are a huge detriment to my application, but I'm hoping that admission officers could look past it or at least take into account that I've bounced back scholastically and am hoping to become a great asset to any of my potential colleges. I'm looking into the following colleges:

University of Southern California SCA
Vassar
Wesleyan
Emory

Applebeam, I noticed that you have a few threads going in a few forums. Your GPA is inconsistent with your other posts. If you want honest opinions from people, you need to provide accurate stats and information, otherwise, you won’t receive the proper advices. Based on your last thread in another forum, you had mentioned that you might not be considering film anymore and that you’re considering majoring in English. You’ve indicated that your GPA is a 3.3 unweighted. Now, you’re indicating your GPA is a 2.9-3.0 UW. Keep in mind that when you’re applying to colleges, they will only see your GPA up to 11th grade on your application. Your mid-year grade in your senior year will not impact the admissions application process. In addition, these are very expensive schools. Unless you can afford to pay in full, your GPA does not qualify you for any merit-aids. To be honest with you, your chances of getting into schools like USC and NYU are slim to none, as these schools require much higher GPA’s. Think about it, if you were to be admitted to a school with high caliber students, you may find your self struggling, and you won’t be happy because it’s not the right fit for you. It’s important for you to look up each school’s GPA averages and compare your grades and stats from their previous year’s stats online. Fitting is very important for your well being.
