Okay, not really major. :) But here it is.
On my supplementary stuff, I sent EVERYTHING in one big envelope. This includes my greencard, resume, and two supplementary recommendations that professors and other people that know me well gave me on a sealed envelope. Everything is clipped together. But here's the problem (is it a problem? dunno): on top of each envelope with my mentor's signature above it, they forgot to write my name, since they just handed it to me.
So, is there a chance that they may be lost? I figure it shouldn't be a problem, since I sent everything on a big envelope that had my identifying information on it. Obviously, inside the recommendations, my name and location should be mentioned.
Please lemme know what you think. Should I tell them to resend each? I feel like that's unnecessary. Anyone from MIT's feedback would be appreciated.

If everything is together and has identifying information, there’s no problem.

Says McGreggor:

Don’t steel my title! :-)

Well, is he permitted to steal it?

Also, I take math/sci classes at a local university, but when they sent out my transcript (they said it was Oct. 22) when they sent it, so should reach MIT by the 26th), the transcript only had my name (no address, DOB). I have a super unusual name, so I don’t think it should be a problem. My dad called today to MIT, and they still haven’t processed it. Do you think it became “missing” because they didn’t include Date of birth and stuff on it? SHould I resend? I don’t wanna do that…costs $30 bucks for the university to send transcripts to places. Lemme know what you think!

wow i’m really worrying about dumb things.

Nope. I think it’s not processed yet because MIT is trying to process buckets and buckets and buckets of mail.
