Really need advice

Hi I'm attending cc looking to transfer to UC but I have a huge problem. I have a D on my transcript from taking trig. It's horrible. I took trig in the summer and almost passed. I took trig again in the fall with a hard teacher and almost passed but made tiny mistakes on the final that ended up with the whole problem wrong. For example the final had 8 hard questions all write in and for one question I got no solution but I was thinking to my self why would the professor put an easy question with no solution on a super hard test so I calculated the problem a different way and put a different answer. A lot of other students were confused about that question too. In the end I was close again but didn't pass. I'm really upset about it. I've taken trig again this spring semester and gotten A's on the exams but I got a C on the final because of tiny mistakes. My grade went down to a B but the professor gave me a C even though I calculated my score on bb and looked at her syllabus and it says I have a B. I sent my professor an email but I don't think she will ever reply back. I just don't know what to do trig is not UC transferable but the grades are still on my transcript. I'm sending in my substandard grade request today. I'm set on getting a 4.0 these next 3 semesters and I'm taking pre calculus over the summer set on getting an A. I have no other D grades on my transcript and 5 A's. Do you think UCs will still consider me? Even worse is I'm a science major. I also have a C from taking poli sci with a hard professor. And a B from bio class that's equivalent to UC bio. Every time i look at my transcript I start tearing up. I didn't W from trig because I wanted to pass so bad but didn't.

If you have a 4.0 GPA, I can’t see why not… But transferring in will be hard because those schools have high freshman retention rates.
