I go to a truly competitive high school(well, the magnet program at least) so I'm pretty much use to the above 2000 scores on the SAT, but on this forum it seems like nothing is ever good enough unless its above a 2300. I don't get it. People with 2200+ are planning to retake. but why? Why sit a $40+ exam three times for a 100 point increase/ Do you just ahve money like that? Doesn't it make you look life a score junkie?

This is a unique community. You should know that by now.

i know, but its so weird.

=) Yes, people are like that. Perfectionists.

I also go to a VERY competitive high school that is located like 5 miles from an ivy league school that everyone wants to go to. collegeconfidential=some of the people at my school.
