i really need help finding a college. i'm a senior in high school and i still have no idea where i want to go, and deadlines are quickly approaching!

here's a little about me:
i live in the northeast and would probably like to stay in the region, but that isn't necessarily a requirement
i'm really good in math and science, but i also enjoy history and i'm pretty strong in it.
i've considered majoring in engineering, but i've also considered physical sciences (mainly chem and physics) and political science. i don't really like english
SAT: 2070/2400, 800/620/650 (M/CR/W)
SATII: Math II 680, USHist 750, Chem 720
AP Chem 5, US Hist 4; taking AP Phys, Calc, EuroH this year and possibly the AP US Gov exam too
i've seen a few colleges, i liked what i saw in University of Rhode Island (nice campus, the size seemed good, but i don't think its a strong school academically). i liked the campus atmosphere, whereas when i visited Brown i didnt like how it was just in the middle of the city. at the same time i don't want to go to school in the middle of nowhere. when i saw WPI the student body seemed too nerdy and i dont know how i'd fit in there; it also seemed like it was too much of a sausage-fest there, the guy:girl ratio was too much greater than 1 (or at least it seemed that way)
because i don't know exactly what i want to do in college i'd like one that offers a lot of choices (i.e. WPI offers like 11 types of engineering majors, but others have 4 [typically chem, civil, mechanical, electrical] and i'm not sure if i would necessarily like one of those?)
i'd like to go to a DIII school or one with a lot of club sports (or both)

I would recommend you look at these schools...

REACH: Cornell University (NY), Johns Hopkins University (MD), Tufts University (MA)
SEMI-REACH: Carnegie Mellon University (PA), University of Virginia (VA)
GOOD FIT: Trinity College (CT), University of Rochester (NY), University of Maryland - College Park (MD)
LIKELY: Lafayette College (PA), Gettysburg College (PA), George Washington University (DC), Boston University (MA), Case Western Reserve University (OH)
SAFETY: Northeastern University (MA)

You could look into UMichigan-Ann Arbor. It's strong in what you mention and is in more of a "college town" than some big-city schools. Seems like a good match for you depending on your GPA

You're competitive for all the schools listed above. Take into consideration that if you're looking for financial assistance, schools offer merit aid to students for whom they wouldn't otherwise be competitive. Your stats could get you scholarships at schools at which you'd be among the top students. You could get a scholarship at a school that, IMO, has more to offer than URI. But you may want to consider the merit of being among peers who would challenge and stretch you, and you may qualify for need-based aid at such schools that would make them as affordable. One thought - if $ are a major consideration and you have at least a 3.5 GPA and aren't too tied to the Northeast, you could be a Presidential Scholar at the U. of Alabama (an out-of-state first-time freshman student who meets the December 1st scholarship priority deadline, has a 32-36 ACT or 1400-1600 SAT (CR+M) score and at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA is selected as a Presidential Scholar and receives the value of out-of-state tuition for four years).
