<p>So this semester of junior year I am going to have 3 Cs. I know thats really bad but it might fault and i am not going to make excuses. I chose to take on full IB and honors physics. </p>
<p>But my question is what can i do to still have a chance at NYU, Boston U, Fordham U, Northeastern U, Syracuse, Loyola Marymount U, Marist College, and American U. Please help I have no idea what I am going to do!</p>
<p>What is your current GPA? SAT/ACT? Legacy?</p>
<p>ACT: 25 first and only time without studying (will retake in september after studying over summer hoping for 30+)
SAT: It was really bad… but will retake hope for a 2000+ but probably be 1900+
SAT 2s : Taking in June US History and Math 2. hopefully will do well
GPA: 3.4 UW, 3.9 W

<p>And will be in Journalism Honor Society next year.</p>
<p>Sports: JV Track for 3 years and will doing it next year.</p>
<p>Volunteering: I volunteer for organizations and various projects including YMCA Stars Program (2 semesters and will do senior year), Soup Kitchen, Food Pantry, multiple Charity Run/Walks, Habitat for Humanity, etc.
Also service trips in Africa twice (before 9th grade and this year). Over 300 hours of community service throughout high school.</p>
<p>Just skimmed your ECs but they look decent. 25 ACT is really low… though if you do get a 30+ you should be fine for those schools. Your GPA isn’t too bad, but it isn’t too good either. You have some good hooks. You have a pretty good shot if you raise your test scores and GPA.</p>
