Really small high school.. do I have a chance?

<p>Ok so now I'm wondering what my chances are of getting in....Here is my info:</p>

<p>Hispanic student, very rural public school, ranked 4th (not weighted) out of 68 students, GPA 94, No AP or IB (a college dean advised me in my junior year not to take them since it was the first year our school offered them and the teaching foundation was not the greatest), SAT I 2130, SAT II: Math 1 680, US Hist 660, Math 2 640, National merit commended, National Hispanic Scholar, National Honor Society, Wells College Leadership scholarship Junior year, Rochester Institute of Tech Scholarship junior year, Boys State Rep (passed Bar exam), Founder of Humanitarian Organization at our school, various clubs, band, Varsity Soccer for 4 years captain this year, Varsity Volleyball 1 yr captain, Varsity Basketball 1 yr and Varsity Baseball 1 yr. Habitat for Humanity, Volunteer in Community, Tutor, 20 credits at local Community College GPA 3.7 in Junior year , 8 credits at Vassar College from a John Hopkins University scholarship (senior year) GPA 3.3 for Fall semester, 12 credits at Bard College (senior year) GPA 3.35 for fall semester. Worked 40 per wk summers and 10-15 hours during school.</p>
