Really strange situation

<p>Ok, so this is a scenario that i could possibly face. I am applying to a couple of SUNYs and UC Irvine for the fall semester/quarter. However, if I don't get accepted into UCI for fall, I am considering attending SUNY in the fall and reapplying to UCI for the winter quarter. </p>

<p>My question is, is this possible? Can I just start attending one school and then "transfer" to another school one quarter later? Obviously it won't be considered an official transfer since my presence at SUNY wouldn't be included on my UCI app. So is this possible? Or are there any negative ramifications of this, like would it be considered "dropping out" of the SUNY?</p>

<p>Yeah you can, but prior to transfer you are to submit transcript/grade cards of all colleges you have attended and make sure you are not over the maximum limits for a junior transfer if that's what you are planning.</p>

<p>and it doesn't considered dropping out and are you from a community college now? if you really want to go to UCI if you don't make in hte fall, i think best is still stay where you are at and just try again for winter.</p>
