This is really weirding me out because I’m not an international student and nothing on my application indicates that I might be so I have no idea why they are asking this. And why wouldn’t they be able to come to a decision without THIS random weird information? Does anyone know why they might have sent ) this and if it’s bad or suspicious or what? And isn’t it a bit late to be asking for info like this? I already got accepted to one UC (today) but this says it’s from UC in general not a specific school so does this have anything to do with my acceptance?

You should simply respond - that you attended school in California (or other) and that your courses were all taught in English.

Perhaps you neglected this part on your application. I believe there’s a question that asks if you attended HS here and asks you to indicate what years you attended…Perhaps you wrote the dates incorrectly.

Got the exact same email, word for word. Just answer the question and you should be fine

Also got the same question a few months back.

you know, before you reply to that email. you should review what you submit in the UC application where they asked about high school? check the timeline of high school and anything that you had written.

Then answer their questions in the email.

You may want to check if any applicable foreign language requirement for admission or IGETC is checked off properly. UC does use completion of middle/high school grades in schools where the language of instruction is not English as possible ways to fulfill foreign language requirements.
