<p>I sent my new ACT score the 23rd last week, and was wondering when the colleges (if different) retrieve ACT scores - some say days, other say weeks. </p>
<p>I reapplied to the same schools from last year and would hate if they reviewed it with my old scores, which they have in the database.</p>
<p>Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!</p>

<p>Most colleges have area admissions counselors. You could drop them a note letting them know your strong interest and that you just sent updated ACT scores. DD did this when she had strong senior year grades. The counselors thanked her and they looked out for her high school counselor’s updated grade report. She now attends her first choice school.

<p>Thanks @funfatdaddy I just called all the schools, to find out that most are off until the 5th of January next year. Hoepfully by then, my ACT score will register. </p>
