Reapplying as a transfer to top schools

Last year I got denied at all of my top choice schools and I ended up going to Boston College, which I was still very happy with and I was very excited to go to. Unfortunately I haven't really had the best experience here and now I'm thinking about transferring. The schools that I applied to last year that I want to reapply to are Duke, Cornell, UVA, Johns Hopkins, and Lehigh. I was rejected at all of these schools last year except Johns Hopkins and Lehigh where I was waitlisted. I will be applying to the business schools at Cornell and Lehigh. Heres my stats..

HS GPA: 3.85
Rank: Lower end of top 10%
Courseload: 11 APs and most of the rest of my classes were honors
ACT: 33
SAT: 1390/1400, 2160/2400 (I probably wont send this)
SAT IIs: Math 1 - 800
Lit: 690
World History: 610 (These also probably wont get sent)
I also had leadership positions in 4 or 5 clubs and played 2 varsity sports

Since I've been to college...

College GPA: 3.66
Rank: I think I'm somewhere around top 20%
Courseload: I took 3 business school courses first semester with Lit and a fine arts elective. This semester I'm taking another 3 business classes, a science class, and an elective.
Electives: Im in 2 business clubs but no leadership positions since they're pretty hard to get as a freshman

Let me know what you think about my chances

bump…

anyone…?

What’s bad about Boston College?
