Reapplying to school?

*sorry for re-posting but I need some more advice...thank you
Hello,

I am currently a student of U of Alabama who's taking a half gap year because my visa for F-1 hasn't been approved in time so my admission and scholarship is deferred to next spring semester. Right now , I am on F-2 visa. I have stayed in the US for 5 years.

I have been considering for a while whether I should re-apply to schools again during this time so that I may go to schools with full ride. While I have been awarded full tuition from current college, dormitory and other fees are still giving burdens to my family.

This is my stats during my high school period:

GPA: 3.81(unweighted) 4.12(weighted)

AP Music theory 5(Senior)
AP Spanish Literature 4 (Senior)

Our school is 2nd in state, nationally recognized school-top 2% national
Classes(1st semester/2nd semester): *=weighted class

I took the most rigorous science classes and math classes available in my school,
studied 4 years of Spanish. Had B in English in 3 years
One honors course-chemistry(funny thing is that we have only two honors course: Chem and English)
Also, I was in Band for 4 years.

Others:
Tutored my clarinet tutor's kids to pay the clarinet tutor tuition
Private tutor to help my family.

I am considering(NOT decided to apply yet)

U of Pittsburgh
U of Miami
U of Georgia
Duke University
U of Richmond
Fordham University
UNC Chapel Hill
Southern Methodist University
University of Maryland
Clark University
Berea College

All of these schools have full ride merit scholarships, some of which require specific scores(and I have high enough scores).

First, which schools should I rule out?

Second, will I have good shots to those schools WITH scholarship?

Thank you..and, polite answers please.

By the way, I applied to U of Richmond last year, and got waitlist offer only if i can show that I have 60k; I think the reason maybe that they got my score TWO MONTHS later than they should have(yes they screwed up a lot!). I sent scores on November and they said they didnd't get it when I was waiting for my result on February....if I apply to Richmond again, will I be rejected or waitlisted again?

Also, if I apply to those schools and get scholarship, will U of Alabama notice this and cancel my admission and scholarship?

Thank you...

The schools you are considering and your need for $$ indicate that you have not done your research on international admissions and financial aid. Except for Duke, Richmond and Berea, none of those schools even have financial aid for internationals, and Duke and Richmond are not even that generous.

Actually, these two are schools OP is right about: Clark has the LEEP (full ride, open to internationals). UPitt has full tuition and full ride scholarships for high ACT/SAT scores such as OP’s (don’t know if it’s open to internationals but many merit scholarships are)

UNC Chapel Hill: Robertson
Fordham has full tuition+room. It’s in the website
Although I decided not to apply because of possible complications…
