some of the colleges i applyed to transfer rejected me, but with higher grades my last semester i believe i have a good shot at reapplying. however, what should i do about essays? should i resubmit the same ones. its kinda difficult to write another essay, let alone about the same topic. specifically "why do you want to transfer here here?" i dont know what to do. also, is there a universal rule among colleges, that if you have more than 60 credits you cannot transfer? just wanted to know.

Yes, re-apply! The fact that you've applied before shows a sort of interest that you can't BS about in an essay. It woud be a good idea to rewrite essays. If you can't entirely re-write it, spend time improving it - a semester/year of editing would probably go a long way for any essay. As for the Why College X? essay, say the same thing in a different way. You just might have the same reader again, so keep it fresh - even if the topics are teh same.

I don't think 60 credits is a rule, credits and hrs are different everywhere. Most say that you should not have more than two full years of credit by the time you enroll in their institution. Hope this helps.
