Reasonable Biology/ecology Grad schools with a 3.3 GPA

I am a 3rd year biology student at UCLA and I have started to look at grad schools. I am looking into masters programs in ecology, wildlife ecology, or conservation biology. I am studying abroad in Costa Rica in the spring running my own research project through the UC system. I am also going to be working as a research assistant in Ecuador for 3 months during the summer. I am currently working in a plant genetics lab but it is only 6 hours a week. I have not taken the GRE's officially yet but from practice tests I have received around a 690-730 quant and around 600-630 verb. However, I am taking a professional class before I actually take them. But the worst part is I have around a 3.3GPA so I was wondering if you could get into a PHD program with my stats or if I should just aim for a masters first.

Schools I love so far:
Washington State-PHD or master
Oregon State-PHD
UCdavis-master or PHD
UCLA-phd
humbult-masters
sacramento state- masters
sdsu- masters

I want to know if any people have been in this situation of if any of these goals are reasonable.
