Drury Inn looks good. A pool that they say is ‘open’. And they are saying they are still serving hot breakfasts. It’s in Mississippi but only 20 minutes from the college. So we can say we’ve been to Mississippi :0

If the pool is really important to you, I would call or email them to at least ask what the likelihood is that it will be open in May. I mean they can’t guarantee anything but they may be able to tell you if it’s due for any construction or if it is seasonably open by your dates.

I believe pets are allowed. There may be an extra charge.

I do love a pool 
For chains, Hampton Inn! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean, etc. Buffet breakfast is a plus.

Everyone has been so helpful. Need to firm something up in the next week.
I am sure I will be coming on CC again even though S is graduating. He has applications in for Grad school. If he gets in it will be another 2 years in the US and another 2 years of me asking the good, kind citizens for their advice
