Reasoning on ap calc multiple choice?

If I have no clue on a question, but say the answers are this:
-2
2
5.439
-5.439
17

Would it be logical to guess 5.439 or 2? I say this because there are three positive answer choices and two pairs. I would think it would be one of the pairs. And even more, 5.439 seems like a specific answer, more so than 2. So if I were to guess randomly I would choose 5.439. They say probability not against you if you can get rid of one choice...would getting rid of 17 be getting rid of a choice?

That’s somewhat like a technique called meta-guessing.
I’m not sure how accurate it is, but you can check this link out for details on how to do it effectively. It’s an interesting read even if you don’t use it.

(It’s for AMC stuff, but it should apply in this case).
