My reasoning is 2140 and my gpa is a 3.695, which is really low.
Anyways, I just took my subject tests last week and I think I probably scored anywhere from 720-770 for math IIC and high 600s low-mid 700s for Biology.

I signed up to retake my subject tests in December, but would a 2200+ SAT be better or 800s on my subjects? I didn’t really prepare for my subjects this time, so I could most definitely pull off a 750+ on Bio and probably a 770+ on Math IIC.

Honestly, except for UCLA/Berkeley, it's all point based. So a 2200 isn't much better than a 2140. Unless you're confident you can do much better on the Reasoning test, I'd go for the subject tests.

Where do you want to go?
If you can only retake one, you should go with the one you need to make up most or the one that you think you can improve the most on. If you didn't prepare for your subject tests I'd say retake subject unless you're sure you'll do stellar on the reasoning.
