Reasons for Revoked Admission

Obviously the biggest reason for someone's admission being revoked is a drop in academic performance. However, i was just wondering if admission could be possibly revoked for not participating in an extracurricular senior year. For example, if i did a sport from 9th-11th, but did not feel like participating senior year, am i in any danger?

I know it sounds kind of silly, but it has been bugging me lately. Any feedback is appreciated.

Lol, no.
Unless you said you were in it senior year on your app, or you were a recruited athlete, I can’t see any reason on how you would get revoked.

^What if you said you did an EC for 12th grade but only did it for one semester?

Well, technically you did it for that year. So when you put “9-12” on your application, you did do it during your “12th” year. It’s all semantics, but you technically didn’t lie. You should be fine.

it’s more of it put it on my app thinking i would participate (spring sport), but decided to have a change of heart about it.

i’m pretty sure the college will NOT call your coach to ask if you did it spring semester.

relax.

new level of paranoia.

You are after all on CC ;)

Thanks for all the help though, it was kinda a thought in the back of my mind… just figured i’d ask.
