I have many interests so I was wondering if you guys could reccomend some majors which could cover at least some of them, and the colleges which offer them:

I want to study languages (something like Romance Languages as a major would be perfect) or at least one language

I want to study something international like culture, history, etc. (but something I can get a job with)

I am also interested in science

I am most likely going to double major but if you guys could reccomend some majros that touch on a few of these, or all at best!, that woudl be great, Thanks

Literature and Linguistics?

no idea what colleges would be good for that though

Language + culture and history...

my school has area majors, kind of along the lines of international relations but you focus on a specific area of the world. We have:
Latin American Studies
European Studies
East Asian Studies
African Studies
Middle Eastern Studies
Russian / Post-Soviet Studies

Here is the website for my school, you can look at the courses that would be required of these majors:
http://www.wm.edu/globalstudies/
Other schools will obviously have similiar majors, but these combine languages, culture, and history.

I think the science would have to be a different major (unless somewhere has a very specialized program), but you could double in an area concentration and bio/chem/physics.

you can definitely get jobs with a degree specializing in a specific region of the world... (I know, not a romance language... but middle east expertise are in very high demand). There are big bonuses ($$) available to competent arabic speakers. There is demand in the other areas as well, but it's clear why middle east is at the front.

hope that helps some =)
