Rec Letter

The deadline for freshmen admissions is today, but my teacher still hasn't sent her recommendation letter. It looks like it'll be a couple of days late, so will this affect my chances? I'm not sure about Rice's policies on things like this.

I would recon that it’s not your fault that the teacher submitted it late. It’s the school’s fault. As long as you had made it clear what the deadline was, you shouldn’t be held accountable. I would suggest that you call Rice up and tell them your problem.
