<p>I would tell the teacher writing your rec about this and get everything cleared up (if you want to… I’m not quite sure how you ‘messed up’)</p>
<p>Just to be safe, you can call the office of undergraduate admissions. It can’t hurt your chances, and should completely clear up your concerns.</p>

<p>yes you can submit thru the mail. Im guessing you applied online? If so you had to select the choice < Submitting Teacher Rec by paper > .</p>
