<p>One humanities and one science/math for the recommendations in your common app. English teachers typically do really well with rec letters. I’m not sure about your school but ANYONE wanting a top school needs a counselor app.</p>
<p>Just getting another math/science teacher won’t help much unless he/she can really add something to your application. A club adviser (Science Olympiad/Science Bowl/Math Team Adviser/Whatever) who has seen your work ethic and has a good relationship with you would help (I got an additional rec from my business teacher/FBLA adviser).</p>
