Reccommenders

Is there any problem sending a teacher recommendation from a teacher I had freshman year? I am already sending two recommendations from senior teachers, so sending one from a freshman teacher should be no problem , right?

You should send the strongest recommendation letters that you can, regardless of which year you took the teacher’s class. But it should be from a core class-English, Math, Science, etc and not from an easy elective unless that subject happens to be what you’re going to major in in college.

If you already have 2, then why send another at all? Especially just another teacher and from freshman year, it doesn’t sound that that will be helpful and certainly doesn’t sound that that justifies a 3rd rec.
