is there a problem if i mail it as uiuc does not require any recs?</p>
<p>Just send it. They do not rely on recs, but they are not going to hold anything against you for having sent them in with the rest of the materials.</p>
<p>from your id, it sounds like you are in an IIT and are applying for a grad program. grad programs may require recco letters. That being said, as long as it is sealed – it should be fine – go ahead and send it.</p>
