Received poor grade in the last semester. Does that rescind my acceptance to the graduate school?

I have been accepted to a Master’s program but my grades for the last semester (graduating semester) resulted pretty bad.
I got 2 B’s and 2 C’s. The classes that I got C’s were elective courses, but they were extremely tricky to handle. Although I did not put my best into the course loads as I used to do during the semesters before applying to the grad school, I did not slack off completely. Now I have to send my final transcript to the school that I enrolled in, but I am concerned if they will realize my poor effort in this last semester, and revoke my admission. Is there anyone who have gone through a similar case in the past? What are my consequences?

The only people who can tell you whether this will be a problem for the program you are planning to attend, are the people there. Contact them and ask.
