The link didn’t lead straight to the cartoon you are referring to, but if it is the “Guess Who Got Into Hotchkiss” one which was 2nd in the slide show, fyi that is one from something like the 1960’s . . .

Good morning @cinnamon1212, there is the old one you are referring to, and the Jan. 27, 2020 cartoon with the doctor conferring with his patient. I couldn’t link directly to it as it may have required a login to the magazine portal, thus Google search results were used.
