Recently moved back to USA, what are my chances for a UC school?

Hello guys. Before I begin, let me give you guys a short background of myself (might have something to do with my chances of getting in). I was born in Sweden to Iranian parents which have lived in Sweden almost all their lives, and I moved to the United States at the age of 1. I stayed here until 9th grade. My 9th and 10th grade years were spent in Sweden, and both years I attended schools which are ranked in the top 10 in the country (Kungsholmens Gymnasiet and Sigtuna Humanistiska Laroverket). Now I am back in the United States for my Junior year, and I plan on going to college here. I speak English, Swedish, and Persian fluently.

Anyway, my counselor converted my Swedish grades pretty poorly even though I did pretty well in school (the grading system there is different than in USA) and I got a 3.33 GPA for my freshman and sophomore year. This year, I have a 3.8 GPA unweighted, 4.0 weighted. I am talking with my counselor to raise my GPA from the previous years, but for now it is a 3.33.

I have taken the Mock SAT several times and I received a 1700-1800 each time. I have not taken any SAT Subject Tests but if I take Mathematics level 2, I doubt I will do very well, and I will do okay in History. I think if I really study hard, I could get a 1900 max on the SAT.

I have not done a lot of volunteering. I have 80 hours (8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 2 weeks) volunteering at Sony Ericsson in Kista, Sweden, and 2 Hours of Basketball a day for my sophomore year.

What are my chances for getting into UC Irvine, UC Santa Cruz, UC Davis, and UC Riverside? I know for a fact that I want to be a biology major, and I want to go to medical school.
